Allegiance Maternity Management
The Allegiance Maternity Management Program supports and assists you by providing healthy pregnancy-related information.
Your personal maternity nurse will be available to talk to you throughout your pregnancy, either by phone or secure email. Your nurse will continue to be a resource for you during your first few weeks as a new mother.
To participate, you must:
- Register as early in your pregnancy as possible
- Check in with your nurse regularly throughout your pregnancy
- Complete the Post-Pregnancy Assessment
The Allegiance Maternity Management program is available to you at no additional cost and provides incentives for participation.
